Civil Society Groups on U.S. TPP Copyright Proposal
Press Release – Electronic Frontier Foundation The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced a new copyright proposal today for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations. One part of the proposal is a “3-step test” that may restrict copyright exceptions like fair use.
