Carolyn McKenzie stands in Hamilton East

Accomplished curator, art reviewer and consultant Carolyn McKenzie is standing for the Democrats for Social Credit Party (DSC) in Hamilton East.

Carolyn serves on the committee for Residents & Ratepayers in Hamilton, is Chairperson for Patients’ Rights Advocacy Waikato, and is an active member of Grey Power; she also finds time for activist work, speaking to health select committees, being involved in environmental issues and promoting Fluoride Free Hamilton.

Most recently Carolyn has been a strong voice against the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement speaking at various venues to alert the public to the dangers of this agreement.

Carolyn has had the opportunity to travel and has lived in many of the world’s largest cities which
has given her a wide perspective on many of New Zealand’s unique issues.

“We have the advantage of learning from many mistakes made in other nations, because of our size and location. We are in an ideal situation to institute social credit economics, without the sort of upheaval a larger country might experience.

“I do not know of any other political party that holds the principles of social justice, equality, and economic balance that the DSC holds.

“I would not stand in an election for anything less.”
