Trade deal protest
Growing public concern about the affect the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement will have on local democracy and decision making has prompted Hamilton campaigners to organise an event today calling on the government to stop the secret negotiations. The event will be held in Garden Place, with live music and speakers, including community campaigners and members of Parliament, is part of a national day of action against the TPPA. It will kick off at 1pm.
